Paying it Forward

I just wanted to share with you one of the main reasons I paint. I love paying it forward. Recently, I donated a few giclees and prints to the Frisco Cowbelles, a chapter in Glendale, NM, and the other one in Pinon, NM.

The proceeds from their auctions provide money for agriculture scholarships and help fund the famous McKeen Ranch Days education program where busloads of school children arrive at the ranch to learn about agriculture and ranching.

These two causes are two of the many organizations I have supported throughout the years. Some of the charities I have donated to through my images have been St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Houston, TX; Women Abuse Center in Ruidoso NM; Ride for the Cure (Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer in Middleburg, VA); the American Quarter Horse Chapter, Las Cruces, NM; SPCA, Fredericksburg, VA; Doodle Rescue Organization, National; Transport Animals, Georgia, etc.

I am passionate about the relentless support these and other rescue organizations require and I can contribute to through my art. So, for what I cannot contribute monetarily, I can donate another way.
