When I saw this beautiful bison cow in central Texas, she looked like she was part of a western movie. She certainly lived up to the stats of bison who can run up to 35 plus m.p.h. and can out run a horse. She was focused and intent as she ran pretty much at a full gallop until she reached her where feed, called “cake”, was waiting for her and her small herd.
