Winter Visit to Cibola

As you may recall, we recently told a short story about our visit to G&G Longhorns – near Culpeper, VA. Well, we were enjoying our ride as we started back to our home on this same beautiful December day, and Kathy (as she sometimes does) asked “How far are we from Cibola?” Well, it was not too far, so we backtracked a bit and headed a little north. As I previously noted, it was a beautiful, temperate, December day. So, after checking in we found that a small herd of young bison was up near the entrance, so we moseyed down for a view. We hung around for an hour or so, and took a lot of shots of potential subjects. In the meanwhile, as often happens, a number of buffalo moseyed our way. The attached are a small sample of the views we were able to capture.
